Ted brings over two decades of experience helping organizations solve complex global challenges. He has held executive leadership roles in global retail at companies such as The Limited and Starbucks, and has led investor relations for global investment and venture capital firms. Earlier in his career, Ted served in high-level government roles, including at the U.S. Department of Justice and the Ohio Governor’s Office.

Robin Amicon
Robin Amicon, a Health Care Consultant, brings almost 28 years of experience. As a registered nurse with a background in critical care and emergency medicine, she combines clinical insight with deep regulatory knowledge to help health care providers navigate complex compliance and operational challenges. Robin works with all types of health care providers, and has specialized experience with long-term care, home health, hospice, behavioral health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) providers, offering guidance on regulatory compliance, policy development, and strategic initiatives. Her hands-on experience in health care settings allows her to approach client needs with a practical and solutions-focused perspective.

He is also a leader in the industry on complex health care topics, such as federal and state regulatory issues; fraud and abuse; False Claims Act; certificate of need; community health needs assessments; and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

Greg Lestini brings more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate the complex intersection of law, regulation, and public policy. With a background as a legislative aide and former chief of staff in the Ohio Senate, he offers strategic counsel to insurance companies, financial institutions, trade associations, and public corporations. Greg advises on legislative strategy, regulatory compliance, and industry trends, particularly in the insurance and financial services sectors. Diane is an active member of Homeward Bound, a multi-denominational prison ministry bringing hope and encouragement to the residents of women’s prisons.
